TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A. Definitions
The information provided by our RSS aggregator is intended solely for the convenience of users seeking content from various web sources. Our service aggregates advertisements and content from publicly available pages.
For the purpose therein, terms used within this T&C document shall have the following meanings:
Website: the website www.motorfeedr.com
Service or Aggregator: the ads aggregation service present on the Website.
Publisher: Who owns the copyright to the ads posted on the original pages
B. Important Notes:
a. Facilitation, Not Distraction: Our aggregator does not distract users from the
original web pages. Instead, we facilitate access to relevant content, allowing
users to explore a variety of resources efficiently.
b. Advertising Support: Any advertisements displayed on our aggregator page
are intended to support the operation of the aggregation service. These ads do
not in any way replace or detract from the advertisements present on the
original web pages.
c. Liability: We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or content of any
external websites linked through our service. Users are encouraged to review
the terms and privacy policies of these external sites.
d. Changes: We reserve the right to modify this disclaimer at any time. Continued
use of our service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
For any questions or concerns regarding our Service or the Aggregator, please contact
us directly at: info@motorfeedr.com
C. Terms of Service
The notification of an RSS feed by a Publisher stands for an implicit authorization to publish the feed in the Aggregator.
The Service is free of charge for end users. No registration is required for its use.
As such, the Aggregator cannot accept RSS feeds from sources on a subscription or paid basis.
Unless otherwise specified, the Service is not in any way linked, directly and/or
indirectly, to the sources of the information reported, nor Service providers can be held responsible for their contents.
For each piece of information provided, the source is always displayed next to the title and/or before the description and consists of the domain of the Publisher’s website; if the Publisher publishes its RSS feeds through third-party services, the name of that third party will be displayed instead of the Publisher’s domain. Access to the pages where the information is published takes place through links that refer to the pages that host the original ad and therefore are regularly recorded by the advertising and/or access monitoring tools put in place by the Publisher.
Accesses are also recorded anonymously by the internal counting system of this
Website solely for the purpose of monitoring the use of the Service and evaluating the popularity of individual channels.
The date indicated next to the title is the date the RSS feed was archived; for this
reason, in some cases, this date may not coincide with the date of actual
publication on the original website.
The original pages containing the reported articles are not archived or copied; the
website hosting the Aggregator only stores, in a protected manner not accessible
from the outside, some of the information published in the RSS feeds (title,
description, date and time, author, link, category) based on the Publisher’s
copyright.
The website hosting the Aggregator does not control the correct functioning of the sources of the original announcements and cannot be held responsible for any cancellation and/or relocation by the Publisher. If the news is no longer accessible – because it has been removed or moved by the Publisher or for other reasons – the complete description, if any, as acquired at the time of archiving will be displayed.
The Publisher has the right to request at any time the suspension of the publication of such announcements.
This Website cannot be held responsible for any copyright violations committed at the origin of the Publishers of the information reported by the Aggregator.
